1. Agreement to these Terms

This is a binding legal agreement between you and VOTM Perfume governing your access and/or use of this website. You must read these terms in their entirety.

Your access or use of this site constitutes your agreement to be bound to these Terms, which includes any restrictions or additional terms or conditions posted on site pages or any changes that may exist when you re-access the site. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this site. Discontinuing use of this site shall not modify any Terms that apply to prior uses on the site.

The site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by VOTM Perfume. VOTM Perfume has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy polices, or practices of any third-party websites. By using this site you release VOTM Perfume, its partners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

2. Purchase-Related Policies

The products available on the Website are for your personal use only and are not for resale. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. VOTM Perfume reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason.

VOTM Perfume bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products. You agree to pay VOTM Perfume all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize VOTM Perfume to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. Posted prices do not include sales tax, which will be charged to you when applicable. VOTM Perfume reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. All purchases are subject to VOTM Perfume policies and procedures relating to processing, shipping and handling, returns and exchanges set forth in this Agreement and on our website.

Returns

You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you must contact us no later than 5 days from delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. At that time, VOTM Perfume will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you. Only products in original packaging that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to us for a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking. Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.

Only products purchased through our site may be returned to us in accordance with this return policy. Products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. VOTM Perfume is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

3. Agreement to Changes or Updates

We reserve the right to make changes and update or remove any information or Content contained on this site and/or the Terms without prior notice. Any changes to these provisions will be incorporated into revised Terms that we will post on the site. Changes shall be effective when they are posted. Visitors have the obligation to review changes to these Terms when they access or re-access the site.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that content available on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All content available on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of VOTM Perfume and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of VOTM Perfume in the United States and other countries, and are protected by United States and international trademark laws. Except as required under applicable law, neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Violations and Termination

We reserve any rights to pursue any causes of action, including, but not limited to, infringement actions or damages resulting from failure to comply with Content restrictions and/or these Terms. Any conduct that in any way violates these Terms or any posted restrictions may result, in our sole discretion, in the termination of visitor site participation, removal of Content, and/or refusal to post Content. If necessary, or as authorized under applicable law, we may cooperate with local, state and/or federal authorities to protect VOTM Perfume; to comply with applicable laws; or to prevent unauthorized access or use of this site or Content. We retain the right to deny access to our site, in our sole discretion, to any visitor for any reason, including for any violation of these Terms. 9. Site Participation and Registration

We may permit some links for convenience, but it is not an endorsement by VOTM Perfume, our partners, affiliates, employees, and agents of the referenced content, product, or service. The VOTM Perfume site may now or in the future include opportunities for users to submit Content ("User-Generated Content") and for the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing on the site.

You are solely responsible for your own User-Generated Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any User-Generated Content to enable its inclusion and use in the manner contemplated by the site and these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

When communicating to us electronically through our site or via e-mail, any personal information transmitted to us will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
